At the main menu, select 'Construction Zone', then select 'WiFi Connection', followed by 'Receive'. Select an open spot, 'Receive', then the Nintendo logo. You can now access the WiFi levels without a Friend code.

Collect all cards in a world (one in each level) to unlock the mini-game for that world. All mini-games are Shy Guy Smash, with varying degrees of difficulty and different pipe layouts.
