There are a lot of unlockable costumes in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for the PSP, PS2, and the Wii. From Han Solo, to Lando, you can play as most of your favorite characters from the Star Wars series by entering some cheat codes on the Extras menu.
While on board your ship between missions, select Extras and then select Enter Code.
To unlock all costumes with one code, simply enter the code GRANDMOFF.
